"If I could give 0 stars I would, but unfortunately I cannot. This agent has been the worst agent to deal with. I bought a new vehicle on July 19th 2024, I immediately called Jay Ahmadi the day after to inform them of the vehicle replacement , of course there was no response, I had sent text messages as well with no response either. I called the main State Farm line to add the vehicle and update the coverages to “full coverage” w/comprehensive and collision. I thought all was good and great, well I go into the State Farm app on August 30th, 2024 to see if my old vehicle had finally fallen off the policy and to see what my bill was going to look like, only to find out that the collision and comprehensive coverage had been removed from the policy. I IMMEDIATELY called the main State Farm Line to investigate what was going on (it was after hours and the likelihood of Jay or his team answering a call is nonexistent.) only to find out that I had been driving without full coverage insurance. They could not tell me when this policy change had taken effect or why it was removed. I am now stuck on a holiday weekend without full coverage on my vehicle till Tuesday at a minimum. I will be getting full coverage added as soon as possible and IMMEDIATELY Changing agents. Do not use this agent unless you like unapproved policy changes that could potentially ruin your finances and leave you without coverage. Jay, if you read this review, I hope that you learn and make yourself more available to your clients who have questions and concerns with their policy, ITS YOUR JOB! I’m going to say this again, if my point has not been made clear, DO NOT USE JAY AHMADI FOR YOUR STATE FARM AGENT, YOU WILL REGRET IT!"
